Opportunity Zone

The southern portion of the Rail Yard District includes a Federal Opportunity Zone spanning 1.6 square miles within North Riverside, Mixon Town, and Lackawanna neighborhoods bounded by:

  • I-10 to the south

  • I-95 and Myrtle Avenue to the east

  • Beaver Street and Warrington Street to the north

  • McDuff street and Thompson Street to the west
