Technical Assistance Panel

In June 2019, LISC Jacksonville engaged ULI North Florida to convene a Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) for the purpose of studying the Rail District. The objective of the TAP was to provide a roadmap to redevelopment and rehabilitation for the Rail Yard District, offering practical recommendations and action steps to address the following needs:

  • Land use master planning

  • Transportation infrastructure master planning

  • District identity and strategic visioning
